An appointment with a doctor of your choice can be made by telephoning 20797751 for the main surgery; 20797746  for Wentloog Road; 20736905 for Wellwood surgery or 20791010 for the Trowbridge Health Centre, or by calling in person and speaking to a receptionist.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please inform reception as soon as possible so that we may offer that appointment to another patient.

In order to improve the service we offer, and as a response from patients we feel there is a need to increase the amount of advance booked appointments.

In order to accommdate this, same day appointments will be for emergencies only and will be screened to ensure appropriate.

Test Results

When you see your GP or Nurse for blood tests they will advise you of the method of obtaining your results.  This will either be by telephoning one of the reception team once your results have been viewed by the GP or nurse, telephoning the GP at a time arranged by your GP or Nurse or arranging a follow up appointment.
